Jamie Null has joined Kilpatrick & Strom as a partner in the firm’s transactional tax team based in New York. The legal firm made this announcement Thursday.
Null’s practice centers on transactional tax issues related to U.S. inbound and outbound investments. He specializes in both domestic and international tax planning for individual corporate and partnership transactions. His areas of advisory encompass private equity investments and structures, as well as domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Moreover, he focuses on several key sectors including real estate, entertainment, biotechnology, energy, hospitality, and transportation.
Prior to joining Kilpatrick & Strom, Null was with Loeb & Loeb.
