Morrison Foerster has bolstered its intellectual property litigation team in New York by adding three new life sciences partners. Bindu Donovan, Todd Krause, and Alyssa Monsen are the latest additions to the firm, bringing significant expertise to the practice.
Bindu Donovan specializes in patent litigation within U.S. federal courts, focusing on life sciences matters such as biologics, small-molecule drugs, and medical devices. Todd Krause’s litigation experience encompasses small-molecule drugs, biologic drugs, medical devices, gene amplification techniques, cell-based assays, vaccines, and recombinant nucleic acids and proteins. Alyssa Monsen will contribute her knowledge in life sciences patent litigation, particularly in federal district and appellate courts, as well as inter partes review proceedings.
