Nneoma Maduike has joined Holland & Knight as a financial services partner in New York, the law firm announced on Monday. Maduike brings with her extensive experience in representing large U.S. and global institutional lenders, regional banks, hedge and private equity funds, commercial finance companies, and numerous specialty finance companies. Her expertise includes structuring, documenting, and negotiating secured and unsecured loan transactions, spanning asset-based financings, cash flow and structured finance, syndicated and mezzanine financings, lender finance transactions, and loan workouts.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Maduike was with Otterbourg. Her addition to the team is expected to significantly bolster the firm’s financial services practice.
