Rachel Strickland, Daniel Forman, and Andrew Mordkoff have taken on new roles as partners at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP, joining the firm’s global restructuring practice based in New York. The announcement was made last Tuesday.
The trio, who previously served at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, bring with them substantial experience in advising both debtors and creditors in complex chapter 11 cases, mass torts, and out-of-court restructurings. Their expertise extends to advising financial sponsors and strategic investors focused on maximizing recoveries or acquiring distressed targets.
In addition to her new role as partner, Rachel Strickland will take on the responsibility of chairing the department, marking a significant appointment for the firm.
