Michael Graham advises plan administrators, fiduciaries, and sponsors on compliance and disputes, and has significant experience as first chair in various ERISA and employment litigation, including fiduciary breach class actions. Remarkably, he has achieved victories in the United States Courts of Appeals.
Previously, Graham was a partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where he also specialized in employee benefits and employment law. His move to Thompson Coburn is expected to strengthen the firm’s capabilities in handling complex employee benefits and ERISA-related matters.
