University of Georgia School of Law dean Peter “Bo” Rutledge has joined Morris, Manning & Martin in Atlanta. He will serve as part-time senior counsel in the firm’s litigation practice before concluding his leadership at the school by the end of this year. Rutledge had previously announced his plans to return to a faculty position at UGA law school earlier this year.
From the summer of 2025, Rutledge will begin a full-time position with Morris Manning, where his focus will be on expanding the firm’s appellate practice and leveraging his experience in international dispute resolution as part of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice. More details on this transition can be found here.
