D.C. Circuit Overturns $175 Million Sanctions Against Russia in Chabad Religious Property Dispute







The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has overturned a trial court judgment directing Russia to pay over $175 million in accrued sanctions for the alleged theft of religious property.
