Rashida La Lande Joins Estée Lauder as General Counsel Amid Strategic Restructuring

Rashida La Lande, who recently resigned as Kraft Heinz’s legal chief, will join The Estée Lauder Companies as executive vice president and general counsel. This announcement marks a critical transition for Estée Lauder as it embarks on a restructuring plan aimed at rebuilding profits following a difficult 2023.

La Lande will succeed Deirdre Stanley, who stepped down in March after four years in the role. Stanley had previously served as general counsel for Thomson Reuters before joining the New York City-based cosmetics giant.
