The first person criminally convicted of cryptocurrency market manipulation has filed a motion to vacate the jury verdict and secure a new trial. Sanford Talkin, a partner at Talkin, Muccigrosso & Roberts, is among the attorneys representing Avraham Eisenberg, the convicted trader. Eisenberg, who orchestrated a $110 million heist, faces a potential sentence of up to two decades in prison. The case continues to generate significant attention as it sets new legal precedents within the evolving landscape of cryptocurrency regulation.
