West Palm Beach Attorney Files Lawsuit Against Law Firm and Circle K Over Alleged Evidence Destruction

In a notable legal development, a West Palm Beach attorney has initiated a lawsuit in the Pinellas Circuit Court against a law firm and its attorneys for allegedly assisting a large multinational convenience chain in destroying evidence. Jack Scarola, a partner at Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley, represents the plaintiff, the estate of Sheryll Caballes, in this case. The defendants in the lawsuit include the law firm Stoler Russell Keener Verona, some of its attorneys, and Circle K, a multinational corporation with over 15,000 fuel stations worldwide.

“I have been practicing law for over 50 years, and this is the most egregious cover-up effort that I have ever seen,” Scarola stated in an interview. For more detailed information, you can read the original article here.
