Shai Larkin has joined Buchalter as a corporate practice group shareholder in the firm’s San Diego office, according to an announcement made on Thursday. Larkin is set to represent buyers, sellers, investors, and sponsors in a range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and recapitalizations.
Buchalter disclosed that Larkin’s practice will also encompass the full lifecycle of company representation, from initial formation through to exit.
