Alyssa Simon has joined A&O Shearman as a partner in its US debt finance practice in New York, the firm announced on Monday. Simon, who specializes in high-yield bond transactions, brings substantial expertise in advising private equity-backed issuers on complex domestic and cross-border acquisition financing. Her practice also encompasses advising on syndicated and private credit financings as well as distressed situations with high-yield covenants.
