In a strategic move to bolster its intellectual property (IP) and litigation capabilities, Greenspoon Marder has welcomed Brian Bloom and Brant Kuehn as partners in its New York office. The addition of these two seasoned litigators was made public on Tuesday. Bloom brings extensive experience in advising clients on commercial disputes that involve IP issues, as well as supporting corporate transactions related to music catalog sales and acquisitions.
Kuehn, on the other hand, is well-versed in handling complex commercial disputes, particularly in the financial sector. He also advises clients in civil securities cases, restructurings, distressed situations, and contested mergers and acquisitions.
According to a press release from Greenspoon Marder, Melissa DeCandia and Tapan Oza have also joined the firm’s New York office as associates.
