Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison is set to strengthen its London office with the hiring of David Holdsworth, the general counsel (GC) of private equity firm TDR Capital. Holdsworth, who joined TDR in early 2023, will transition to Paul Weiss after barely more than a year in his current role. Previously, Holdsworth assumed the GC position at TDR from Blair Thompson, a former partner at SJ Berwin. Before his tenure at TDR, Holdsworth was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis until 2022.
