Melissa Anyetei has joined White & Case as a partner in its intellectual property practice and global technology industry group in Chicago, the firm announced on August 26.
Anyetei’s practice spans patent litigation, procurement and counseling, and intellectual property transactions across various technologies. These include medical devices, pharmaceutical and chemical products, consumer products, software, mobile devices, and industrial machinery, according to the firm’s statement.
She represents clients in federal district courts, before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Additional details can be found in the firm’s announcement.
