In a recent development, Eversheds Sutherland has bolstered its disputes practice with the addition of two senior partners: Lambros Kilaniotis, formerly with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and Jack Terceño, previously with Quinn Emanuel. According to Law.com, Mark Davenport, Eversheds’ global litigation co-head, emphasized that these appointments enhance the firm’s global capability and experience.
