Former Aide to New York Governors Charged with Acting as Undisclosed Agent for China


A former high-ranking aide to two New York governors, Linda Sun, has been charged with acting as an undisclosed foreign agent of China, according to a recently unsealed indictment. Sun was arrested at her Long Island home on Tuesday and faces accusations of violating and conspiring to violate the Foreign Agents Registration Act, visa fraud, alien smuggling, and money laundering conspiracy.
