King & Spalding Expands Financial Practice with Former PSP Partners GC Maureen Sweeney

King & Spalding has strengthened its finance and restructuring practice with the addition of Maureen Sweeney as a partner in the firm’s Chicago office. Sweeney, who previously served as general counsel at PSP Partners, brings extensive experience advising on acquisitions, restructurings, initial public offerings, and other major transactions for both public and private companies. The firm announced her hiring on Wednesday. According to King & Spalding, Sweeney’s expertise will be a valuable asset as they continue to expand their financial and restructuring service offerings.
