The 2024 Midlevel Associates Survey has revealed which firms have been most successful in keeping their midlevel associates happy over the past year. This survey evaluates firms across 12 key aspects of job satisfaction, including compensation, benefits, training, guidance, relationships with partners and other associates, work satisfaction, billable hours policy, and management transparency.
According to the survey, O’Melveny & Myers retains its top spot from last year with an overall score of 4.813, based on responses from 118 of its midlevel associates. Blank Rome LLP has made significant progress, moving up to the second position with a 4.800 score, while Morgan, Lewis & Bockius remains steady in the third place with a 4.782 score. Firms like McDermott Will & Emery and Proskauer Rose also feature in the top 5 rankings.
