Dorsey & Whitney Expands Phoenix Office with Key Hires from Fennemore

The Phoenix office of Dorsey & Whitney has expanded its team with the addition of three new lawyers, enhancing its regulatory and transactional capabilities. As announced Thursday, Dawn Meidinger joins as a regulatory partner specializing in mine permitting and development. C.W. Ross, focusing on mergers and acquisitions within the mining, manufacturing, and technology sectors, also joins as a partner. Additionally, Norm James has been appointed as of counsel, bringing his extensive experience in environmental and public lands litigation.
