With a practice concentrated on representing a diverse range of financial stakeholders—including banks, real estate private equity funds, debt funds, and insurance companies—Cook specializes in the origination, disposition, acquisition, and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine debt across all asset classes.
Cook previously practiced at Arnold & Porter, further enriching his extensive experience and providing substantial expertise in navigating complex real estate financial transactions.
