Angela Ramson has joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in its labor and employment practice in Atlanta, the firm announced Friday. Ramson brings a wealth of experience, particularly in advising and representing employers in litigation matters.
Her expertise spans across pivotal areas of employment law, including issues under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Bloomberg Law reports that in addition to her employment practice, Ramson also advises clients in high-exposure commercial litigation involving insurance coverage, fraud and bad faith allegations, business and contractual disputes, and internal investigations.
