Norton Rose Fulbright has bolstered its banking and finance team in Dubai with the recruitment of Aditi Sanyal as a partner. The firm revealed this addition Thursday. Sanyal’s practice will focus on supporting financial institutions across the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, catering to both conventional and Islamic financing needs.
Sanyal has extensive experience in representing both borrowers and lenders in various financing transactions. These include syndicated and bilateral corporate finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance, and restructuring. Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, she was with Simmons & Simmons.
