Thomas Speiss has joined Snell & Wilmer as a partner in its intellectual property group based in Los Angeles, the firm revealed earlier this month.
Speiss brings with him extensive experience in trademark branding and advertising, licensing, and conducting counterfeiting investigations in collaboration with federal and state law enforcement agencies. His expertise in these areas is expected to bolster the firm’s IP capabilities significantly.
