Bowmans has announced the recruitment of Andrew Davidson, previously the head of the corporate and commercial practice in Durban, South Africa for Eversheds Sutherland. Davidson, who started at Bowmans on September 1, brings more than six years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and banking and finance transactions.
