In addition, he has a robust white-collar practice, with expertise in cross-border issues, health-care fraud, securities fraud, and other financial crimes.
Moreno also has a track record of conducting independent investigations on behalf of his clients. His broad client base includes athletes, executives, politicians, entrepreneurs, and entertainers, all of whom engage him for high-stakes disputes and business transactions.
