King & Spalding has welcomed litigator Will Stute, who is transitioning his practice from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe’s Washington, D.C. office to Miami. Stute, who moved to Miami in 2021, will now officially serve as a partner at King & Spalding, focusing on the firm’s product liability and mass torts practice according to a detailed report.
During his six-year tenure at Orrick, Stute led the firm’s sports practice and has an impressive record of over 100 trials in the last decade. Prior to his role at Orrick, he worked at McDermott Will & Emery where he represented the National Collegiate Athletic Association in concussion litigation. Stute’s robust litigation experience makes him a significant addition to King & Spalding’s Miami team.
