The new additions, James Zimmerman and Scott Palmer, bring along a team of 15 lawyers and staff from Perkins Coie. Moreover, Loeb & Loeb plans to acquire an intellectual property agency from Perkins Coie, subject to regulatory approvals, as part of this expansion.
