Knoespel brings extensive experience in financial services litigation, representing clients in federal, state, and administrative courts throughout various procedural phases including dispositive motions and trials. In addition to her litigation work, she advises clients on regulatory oversight matters, assisting them with issues related to supervision, investigation, and enforcement.
