Jones Day has announced the addition of Elizabeth Dominguez Yaeger as a partner in its real estate practice, based in their Washington office. Yaeger brings extensive experience representing private equity firms, lenders, real estate funds, and data infrastructure owners and operators in both domestic and cross-border transactions. Her practice areas focus on real estate, digital infrastructure, and telecommunications sectors including transactions related to asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financing, data center leases, and telecommunication agreements. In addition to her role in the real estate practice, Yaeger will contribute to the firm’s energy transition and infrastructure initiative.
