The plaintiff is asserting claims of disparate treatment and discrimination related to gender, pregnancy, and disability. Additionally, the suit alleges that Troy Corporation failed to engage in an interactive process as required under New Jersey’s Law Against Discrimination. According to the plaintiff’s lawyer, Matthew Luber, “The defendants also went to great lengths to invent bogus and pre-textual performance issues in an attempt to justify an otherwise unlawful termination.”
