Lawyers who graduated during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 continue to experience significant mental health challenges, according to a recent survey by the National Association for Law Placement (NALP). The survey indicates that the prolonged stressors of the pandemic era are still having a notable impact on the well-being of new legal professionals.
