Hogan Lovells Strengthens Capital Markets Team with Key Hires from Linklaters

Hogan Lovells Adds Two Lawyers to Capital Markets Practice

Hogan Lovells has strengthened its capital markets practice by bringing on board two new lawyers from Linklaters, according to a recent firm announcement. Íñigo Berrícano now joins the firm’s Madrid office, while Alex Parkhouse becomes part of the London team.

Berrícano focuses on equity-related work, encompassing capital raising, rights issues, and IPOs. His expertise extends to debt restructuring, corporate governance, and public mergers and acquisitions. Meanwhile, Parkhouse’s practice encompasses the full spectrum of capital markets and public M&A transactions, alongside providing public company advice. He also offers guidance on Securities and Exchange Commission compliance and disclosure matters, particularly for U.S.-listed issuers based outside the country.

Both Berrícano and Parkhouse were previously with Linklaters before making the transition to Hogan Lovells.
