Fox Corp. has revealed significant compensation packages for its top legal and policy executives, according to a recent proxy statement filed on Thursday. During fiscal 2024, Fox provided nearly $36.5 million in total compensation to Viet Dinh, the outgoing legal and policy chief, and his successor, Adam Ciongoli.
- Adam Ciongoli succeeded Viet Dinh as the chief legal officer at Fox Corp. in December 2023. Ciongoli is a former US Supreme Court clerk known for his conservative political affiliations and previously served as general counsel at Campbell Soup Co. (read more).
