Polsinelli has strengthened its capital markets and commercial lending practice with the addition of Harsha Sekar as a shareholder. Sekar, who is based in Denver, will advise investment funds, family offices, and other types of lenders and borrowers in private credit transactions, fund formations, and fund financings. Additionally, he will represent investment banks and issuers in high-yield debt securities issuances within the public finance domain.
The firm announced Sekar’s recruitment on Thursday.
With an extensive background in private credit and public finance, Sekar’s expertise is expected to significantly bolster Polsinelli’s offerings in these complex legal areas. For more details on this development, visit Bloomberg Law.
