Locke Lord Expands Litigation Practice with Addition of Indira Sharma as Partner

Article

Locke Lord has announced that Indira Sharma has joined its litigation practice group as a partner in the Washington office. Sharma, who previously practiced at Saul Ewing, has extensive experience representing clients in both state and federal courts across a broad spectrum of disputes. These include contractual issues, commercial transactions, real estate, commercial leases, and non-competition agreements.

Her litigation expertise spans various types of contracts such as commercial leases, mergers and acquisitions agreements, services contracts, distributorship agreements, loan and security agreements, and employment agreements with restrictive covenants. This new addition is seen as a strategic move to strengthen Locke Lord’s litigation capabilities in key practice areas.
