Her work encompasses a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private investments, and management rollovers according to the firm.
Her expertise spans numerous industries such as telecom, energy, transportation, concessions, food and agriculture, life sciences, and consumer goods and manufacturing. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Sithapathy was with Freshfields, where she honed her skills in complex, high-stakes transactions.
