Ethics Charges Cloud Careers of Three Attorneys Over 2020 Election Fraud Lawsuits

Three attorneys, Juli Haller, Lawrence Joseph, and Brandon Johnson, are currently defending themselves against ethics charges that allege their involvement in lawsuits contesting the 2020 election results constituted a serious interference with the administration of justice. These lawsuits, filed in various states, claimed voter fraud in Joe Biden’s victory over Donald Trump, despite lacking substantial evidence. These charges have been brought forth by the District of Columbia Bar’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel.
