In a recent strategic move, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison has fortified its corporate practice in New York by recruiting Joseph Glatt as a partner. The firm announced on Tuesday that Glatt, who has expertise in firm balance sheet investing and strategy, product innovation, capital formation, financial services, yield platforms and partnerships, and various other debt and equity investments, will be joining their ranks. Previously, Glatt held the position of partner and general counsel at Apollo Global Management.
