Previously, she practiced at Faegre Drinker and her move to Willkie is anticipated to enhance their client offerings in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation law.

Sarah Kessler’s expertise in finance law will enhance Willkie’s capabilities in advising on complex finance-related matters. Her focus includes advising lenders and borrowers on private equity-related finance, fund finance, and acquisition finance. She previously worked at Chapman and Cutler, where she built a robust practice in finance law.
