Cindy Duque Bonilla has joined Holland & Knight as a partner, significantly bolstering the firm’s central Florida litigation practice based in Orlando, as announced by the firm recently.
Duque Bonilla brings a wealth of experience to Holland & Knight, with a practice that covers a range of complex litigation areas, including catastrophic injuries, product liability, defense of health-care insurers, construction law, and commercial litigation. She is well-versed in representing clients in both jury and non-jury trials at state and federal court levels across the United States. Her addition is expected to enhance the firm’s capability in these key sectors.
Beyond her litigation expertise, Duque Bonilla also provides strategic legal guidance to international companies, particularly those from Latin America, as they navigate business expansions into the U.S. market. This includes advising on corporate governance, real estate transactions, compliance matters, and employment issues.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Duque Bonilla was part of Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial. Her transition to Holland & Knight reflects the firm’s aim to strengthen its litigation practice and broaden its service offerings to domestic and international clients.
