Mayer Brown has recently bolstered its banking and finance division with the addition of Blaise Latella, who joined the firm’s New York office as a partner. His appointment was announced on Monday.
Latella is recognized for his extensive experience in representation of banks and financial institutions, particularly in roles acting as agents for a diverse range of lending facilities. His expertise extends to both domestic and international cash-flow, asset-based lending (ABL), leveraged, and other secured lending facilities.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Latella was with Winston & Strawn. His move is indicative of Mayer Brown’s continued investment in its New York presence, as the firm seeks to strengthen its capabilities in the competitive banking and finance sector.
