British-based legal AI innovator Luminance has unveiled Agent Lumi, its latest agentic AI tool. This new offering aims to assist users by automating various time-consuming and repetitive digital tasks, enhancing efficiency in daily operations. Agentic AI distinguishes itself by autonomously making decisions and performing actions such as opening or editing files.
This launch follows the introduction of Luminance’s first generative AI tool, Ask Lumi, approximately 18 months prior. Ask Lumi catered to Luminance Corporate customers, serving as a chatbot to streamline operations. Additionally, Luminance recently attracted significant attention with a $40 million Series B funding round, featuring contributions from long-standing investors including the law firm Slaughter and May.
