With extensive experience in regulatory and compliance matters, Preiserowicz provides guidance to commodity pool operators, commodity trading advisors, as well as other derivatives and commodity professionals, including private investment fund managers. His expertise spans operational, regulatory, and compliance intricacies.
Preiserowicz’s skill set is particularly vital as he collaborates with hedge and private equity fund managers on futures and swaps trading. Among his responsibilities are ensuring compliance with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s exemptions, registration, and reporting requirements, and adherence to the National Futures Association’s standards. Moreover, he guides clients in navigating CFTC and exchange rules related to listed derivatives.
