Currently, this tool is exclusive to California, but there are plans to expand it to New York, Texas, and Florida.
Alongside argument drafting, Trellis AI offers a case assessment tool that generates reports integrating factual, legal, and strategic analysis. This can assist litigators in organizing key aspects of a case, like claims, defenses, evidence gaps, and potential outcomes. These tools are intended to provide a detailed framework from the outset and throughout the lifecycle of a case.
Trellis AI also includes tools for comprehensive document analysis. The features available allow users to analyze complaints, suggest defenses, and outline key procedural tasks specific to each document type. The integration of these tools aims to streamline the processing of extensive litigation documents, saving substantial time for legal teams.
