In a significant development in the legal market, the Chicago-based law firm Sperling & Slater is poised to merge with Miami’s Kenny Nachwalter to form a specialized entity with strengthened antitrust capabilities. Scheduled for completion in December, this merger will result in a 60-attorney firm, to be known as Sperling Kenny Nachwalter.
Currently, Sperling & Slater operates with 42 attorneys across its Chicago and Nashville locations, while Kenny Nachwalter contributes 18 legal experts from Miami, Washington, D.C., and Texas. This strategic fusion aims to harness and expand their collective expertise in antitrust law, tapping into the diverse geographical and professional strengths of both firms.
