Kenneth Dintzer has taken on a new role as a partner at Crowell & Moring, joining the firm’s antitrust and competition, government contracts, and litigation groups in Washington, D.C. Dintzer’s extensive legal experience, gained during his tenure with the Department of Justice, spans over six presidential administrations. He has been involved in significant litigation proceedings, taking and defending hundreds of depositions, arguing numerous motions, and trying over 20 cases, usually as the lead or supervising attorney.
Before his move to Crowell & Moring, Dintzer held the position of deputy branch director in the national courts section of the DOJ’s civil division. He also served as a senior trial counsel in the DOJ’s antitrust division, bringing a wealth of experience in complex legal matters to his new firm.
