White & Case has marked 2024 as a significant year in its financial history, with revenues rising by 12.5% to $3.32 billion, and profits per partner (PEP) escalating by 27% to exceed $4 million for the first time. This growth comes amid a notable shift in the firm’s partnership structure, which has seen an increase of 12.2% in the nonequity partnership tier, bringing the number of equity and nonequity partners to nearly equal levels. Heather McDevitt, completing her second year as chair, highlighted that their achievement was as much about the process as it was about the final metrics.
