Duane Morris Expands White-Collar Defense Team with Former Federal Prosecutors in New York and San Francisco

Duane Morris is enhancing its white-collar defense capabilities by hiring two seasoned federal prosecutors to join its trial groups. Eric Boden, previously an assistant U.S. attorney in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, joins the firm in New York, while Garth Hire, who held a similar role in northern and central California, now bolsters the San Francisco office. Boden most recently served as the attorney-in-charge of the Trenton, New Jersey, branch office of the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Hire previously worked as the chief of the Oakland U.S. Attorney’s Office in California. These strategic hires underscore Duane Morris’s commitment to strengthening its trial practice on both the East and West Coasts. More information is available here.
