WilmerHale Achieves 7% Revenue Growth, Surpassing $1.6 Billion Amid Strong Litigation Practices

Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr has reported a notable increase in revenues, reaching over $1.6 billion in the past year. This growth, nearly 7%, is attributed to the firm’s thriving civil litigation and government-facing practices. In tandem with this revenue surge, the firm’s profits per equity partner (PEP) have risen by more than 5%, amounting to $3.27 million in 2024. Notably, the firm’s equity tier has remained almost unchanged with 255 partners. This financial performance comes on the heels of a strong 2023, which saw double-digit percentage growth previously reported by the firm.
